The round was led by Atlanta Ventures.
The company intends use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts solve the vehicle shipping issue facing dealerships, auto auctions, manufacturers, and consumers.
Led by CEO David Cummings, Carpool Logistics is a logistics tech platform for shipping cars that enables multiple clients to share space on one truck, which means lower cost and fewer emissions. The automotive logistics company leverages technology to optimize vehicle shipping with its marketplace connecting vehicle shippers (auto auctions, dealers, auto manufacturers, and consumers) with auto haulers that have available space on their trucks. Since launching in May 2021, the company has completed over 10,000 vehicle shipments with almost 250 customers.
