Perimeter 81, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based Security Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) provider, raised $100m in Series C funding valued at $1 billion.
The round was led by B Capital with participation from Insight Partners, Toba Capital, ION Crossover Ventures, Entrée Capital, and publicly-traded Spring Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, hiring, and development.
Led by Co-Founder and CEO, Amit Bareket, and co-founder and CGO, Sagi Gidali, Perimeter 81 simplifies corporate network security with its Security Service Edge (SSE) platform. As a holistic, cloud-based solution, it allows organizations of all industries and sizes to support the decentralized, hybrid workplace while avoiding the cyber complexity that hurts IT’s ability to defend corporate cloud and on-prem networks. The company has over 250 employees and 2,400 customers who range from SMBs to Fortune 500s across a wide range of industries.
Perimeter 81 also has offices in New York City, and Los Angeles offices.
