Compost Crew, a Rockville, MD-based food scrap recycling company, raised $5.5M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Lattice Impact Capital with participation from the Tower Companies, K Street Capital, and several local executives and long-time customers.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the growth of composting in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
