Talkmap, a Dallas, TX-based provider of AI-powered conversational intelligence for call centers, closed an $8m Series A funding.
The round was led by Stage1 Ventures LLC.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the pace of innovation for its patented Talkdiscoveryā¢ Platform, and expand its systems integrator partnerships and AI teams to support global financial services and mobile operators inĀ North America.
Founded in 2017 and led by CEOĀ Tim Moss, Talkmap is a provider of conversational intelligence platform that leverages patented AI-powered machine learning technology ingesting raw, unstructured information from all customer calls and chats with enterprise agents to enable those interactions to be analyzed, structured, organized and visualized with accuracy, in real-time, at scale.
The solution also integrates with existing data platforms to deliver visibility into customers across every area of an enterprise.
