Imprint Raises $38M in Series A Funding


Imprint, a NYC-based branded payment and rewards provider, raised $38m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Stripe.

The company intends to use the funds for continued growth, market expansion, and partnership development.

Led by Daragh Murphy, CEO & Co-founder, and Gaurav Ahuja, Chairman & Co-founder, Imprint is building a rewarding and inclusive way for customers to pay at brands. Its first product is a branded rewards card with no credit inquiries, no interest, and no fees.┬áBrands can take ownership of how their customers pay, reduce their cost to process payments, and reinvest these savings into rich rewards for their customers. Any brand can design their own end-to-end experience and get it up and running in less than a week, with minimal technical investment. The company’s commerce platform apps and APIs allow brands to integrate their payment method at check-out or anywhere else in their online or app experience.
