Netlify, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a platform to build, deploy, and manage modern web projects, raised an additional $30m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Kleiner Perkins with participation from Andreessen Horowitz and the founders of Slack, Yelp, GitHub and Figma.
Led by Mathias Biilmann, Founder and CEO, Netlify provides a large base of web developers with a tech platform where content and applications are created directly on a global network, bypassing the need to ever setup or manage servers.
The company’s Application Delivery Network removes the remaining dependency on origin infrastructure, allowing companies to host the entire application globally.
More than 300,000 developers use Netlify.
