Simplicity, a San Francisco CA-based provider of a smart communication platform, raised $8.5M in seed funding.
Backers included Venture to Future, Zero Gravity Capital, and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its reach across the U.S., the U.S., Europe, and Israel, as well as to improve the technology behind the application.
Led by Andrej Krupa and Juraj Gago, Simplicity provides an AI powered resident-centric app which enables users to receive critical notifications from city, police, fire departments, and other government entities, based on the interests of every citizen.
The number of local governments using the platform has grown to 100 cities in Europe and Israel.
