DealerPeak, a Denver CO-based provider of a CRM in the automotive industry, raised $3.075M in funding.
The round was led by Geweke Auto Group with participation from Tim Crown, Jim Prendergast and Zach Ferres. In addition to announcing the round, DealerPeak also introduced investor Ferres as the Executive Chairman of the Board, and Michael Ashbaugh, as an Operating Partner.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Matt Moore, DealerPeak provides a CRM platform for the automotive industry which helps car dealers automate the work of relationship building through real-time updates, customized workflows, desking solutions, and more.
