Mommy’s Bliss, Inc., a Richmond, CA-based, all-natural, over-the-counter health and wellness brand for babies, kids, moms, and moms-to-be, received an investment from Swander Pace Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 1999 by Roshan Kaderali and led by CEO Yasmin Kaderali, Mommy’s Bliss offers a product line which now includes more than 40 wellness products for families, focusing on digestive support, probiotics, vitamins, sleep support, and immunity products.
The products are sold at Target, Walmart, Wallgreens, Kroger, etc,. and online at Amazon.com, Target.com, and Walmart.com, among others.
