Infogrid Raises $15.5M in Series A Funding

Infogrid, a London, UK-based artificial intelligence technology company that automates facilities management and makes any building smart, raised $15.5m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Northzone with participation from JLL Spark, Concrete VC, The Venture Collective, Jigsaw VC.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate business growth.

Led by William Cowell de Gruchy, Founder and CEO, Infogrid provides an Internet of Things (IoT) platform to enable smart buildings by combining real-time IoT sensors with proprietary AI analysis to translate data into insight. The company’s platform has already enables facilities management for the world’s largest FM providers, many S&P 500 and FTSE 100 companies, including global banks, supermarkets, restaurant chains, and the NHS to make decisions to improve their ESG score and drive energy efficiency, providing major advances to reduce the CO2 output of buildings. 
Infogrid can measure everything from the number of people in a room, to air quality and virus risk indicators for the improved wellbeing of employees and customers, to helping reduce the risk of legionnaires disease in water pipes by automating compliance checks.
