Grin, a Sacramento, Calif.-based influencer marketing software platform for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, closed a $10m Series A funding.
The round was led by e.ventures with participation from founders of MVMT, BVAccel, Liquid IV, Cuts Clothing and Ivory Ella and existing investors Bullpen Capital and LAUNCH fund.
The company will use the funds to ewxpand operations and its business reach.

Its end-to-end solution allows brands to find and engage with high-quality influencers, streamline email outreach, develop authentic relationships within a private CRM, seed products, create discount codes and affiliate links, track content and rights, and create in-depth reports to analyze the success of influencer marketing programs.
