CommerceHub, an Albany, N.Y.-based provider of ecommerce solutions for enterprise retailers and brands, received a strategic investment from Insight Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Existing investors GTCR and Sycamore Partners, will continue as investors in CommerceHub.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its platform innovation and expand its solutions.
Led by Frank Poore, Founder and CEO, CommerceHub provides an ecommerce enablement platform that connects demand, supply and delivery to help retailers and brands to increase sales by expanding product assortment, promoting products anywhere consumers are, and enabling rapid, on-time customer delivery.
The company currently helps more than 15,000 retailers, brands, and distributors achieve over $25 billion in Gross Merchandise Value annually.
