Mynd Property Management, an Oakland, Calif.-based tech-enabled property management company, closed a Series C round of financing totaling $41.5m.
Wells Fargo led the round, joined by existing investors Canaan Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Jackson Square Ventures.
Led by Doug Brien, CEO and co-founder, and Colin Wiel, co-founder and CTO, Mynd Property Management is developing an end-to-end real estate investment and management platform that offers remote single-family rental (SFR) investing in metros nationwide.
The company has more than 7,500 homes under management in 16 markets.
