Yotpo, a NYC-based eCommerce marketing platform with data-driven solutions for reviews, visual UGC, loyalty, referrals, etc., acquired SMSBump, a complete SMS marketing solution designed for eCommerce brands.

The company was established in 2017 by cofounders Mihail Stoychev and Georgi Petrov. The team will remain at SMSBump’s headquarters in Sofia, Bulgaria, now a Yotpo location.
Yotpo is also launching a complete integration between SMSBump and Yotpo’s Reviews & Ratings, Visual UGC, and Loyalty & Referrals to enable more automated workflows and segmentation capabilities.
