Rokt, a NYC-based e-commerce marketing technology company, raised US$48M in funding.
Backers included TDM Growth Partners, as well as existing investors. In conjunction with the funding, TDM partner Tom Cowan will join Bruce Buchanan, John Ho, Tek Heng and Tushar Roy on the Board of Directors of Rokt.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate research & development.

The company now operates in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, The Netherlands, Spain and Japan and has more than 220 employees.
Clients include Live Nation, Staples, Groupon, GoDaddy, Expedia, Wells Fargo, Vistaprint and HelloFresh.
