Clover Wireless, a Hoffman Estates, IL-based global leader in aftermarket lifecycle management services for mobile, computing, and other consumer electronics devices, acquired MaxBack, an electronics buyback and resale company.

The acquisition enables Clover Wireless to expand its full-service lifecycle management and asset recovery solutions for OEMs, retailers, carriers, insurance providers and enterprise businesses of all sizes.
