Liquefy, a Hong Kong-based blockchain agnostic issuance platform for security tokens, raised $2.6m in funding.
The round was led by Ideanomics and NEO Global Development, along with Kenetic and East Chain. The investors will join seed investor Soul Capital, a Hong Kong-based family office.
The company, which has raised over $3.0m raised since it was founded late 2018, intends to use the funds for the launch of its investor subscription platform.
Led by Adrian Lai, CEO, Liquefy is a blockchain agnostic issuance platform for security tokens. The company’s primary focus is real estate, with assets in Hong Kong, USA, UK and the Middle East in the pipeline for tokenization.
