Student Pop Raises €3M in Funding

studentpopStudent Pop, a Paris, France-based provider of a mobile app for students to find short term work, raised €3m in funding.

Backers included Impact Partenaires and Educapital.

The company intends to use the funds to consilidate its market position in France and expand into additional European countries.

Co-founded by Ouriel Darmon, Estelle Angles, Damien Angeli, and Mickael Monsang, Student Pop provides an app that connects students with enterprises for short term jobs which can be done along with their studies.
The app enables users to automate the entire process – through e-contracts, assignments, pricing, invoicing services, geolocation, etc .
The company works with more than 700 corporate clients and its app is used by more than 12,000 students across France.
