Shoulder Innovations, a Holland, Mich.-based developer of shoulder replacement systems, closed a $2.5m Series A equity funding.
The round was led by Michigan Angel Fund, Wakestream Ventures, Genesis Innovation Group, cultivate(MD) and other equity holders.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate new product development and to acquire inventory and assets to accelerate growth of its current Inset platform technology.
