Heretik, a Chicago, IL-based software company that uses machine learning to make the contract review process smarter in Relativity, completed $2.4m in seed financing.
The round was led by Corazon Capital with participation from existing investors Chicago Ventures and Relativity.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its sales, marketing, and customer success teams, support its key international partnerships, and accelerate its product offering through the Relativity platform.
Founded in 2016 by Charlie Connor, CEO, Heretik is a contract review solution that enables attorneys to identify risks, obligations, and opportunities in contracts.
