Glint, a Redwood City, CA-based provider of a people success platform for organizations to increase employee engagement, develop their people, and improve business results, raised $20m in Series D funding.
Backers included existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Meritech Capital Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, and Shasta Ventures.
The company, which has raised a total of $80m in funding, intends to use the capital to scale operations, accelerate growth in Europe, and expand product development.
Founded in 2013 and led by Jim Barnett, CEO, Glint provides a people success platform that leverages real-time people data to enable global organizations to increase employee engagement, develop their people, and improve results.
Customers include brands like Intuit, United Technologies, Pure Storage,Ā United Airlines, Intuit, LinkedIn, Rio Tinto, and Sky Media (Europe), among others.
