Kyndi Closes $8.5M Series B Funding Round

Kyndi, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based startup that builds artificial intelligence (AI) products and solutions for organizations to anticipate and act on opportunities and threats, closed its $8.5m Series B funding round.

Backers included PivotNorth Capital, Darling Ventures and Citrix Systems.

Founded in 2014, Kyndi provides patented AI technology for business and governmental customers to analyze massive amounts of unstructured data to anticipate what could occur in the future. Its natural language understanding solutions can analyze small datasets and identify very weak “signals” in data to understand “unknowable” intentions.
