Flo Raised $5M in Series A Funding

Flo, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-driven women’s health platform, raised $5M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Flint Capital, with participation from Natalia Vodianova, a supermodel, social activist and a mother of 5, who also joined Board of Directors, and a few angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, and to expand its presence into the US market, partnering with top medical research centers and universities to advance female health science.

Led by Yuri Gurski, Founder and President, Flo allows women to track periods, receive personalized health insights and support from a closed anonymous community of experts and peers and leverage a tailored health solution at any stage of the reproductive cycle.
Flo is available in 20 languages on iOS and Android and used by over 10 million monthly active women.
Advisors and early stage investors include Matvey Timoshenko and Peter Skoromnyi, co-founders of Apalon, mobile app developer acquired by IAC in 2014.
