Zapproved Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based provider of e-discovery software for corporate legal departments, received a strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth in the e-discovery software market and expand the team.
Founded in 2008 by CEO Monica Enand, Zapproved develops cloud‐based software for corporate legal departments to navigate electronic discovery. The company’s flagship product, Legal Hold Pro, is adopted by Fortune 500 and Global 2000 corporations.
