Main Street Hub, an Austin, TX-based marketing platform for local businesses, closed a $25m Series C equity financing round.
Vista Equity Partners made the investment.
The company, which has now raised more than $65 million of financing, intends to use the funds to introduce several new product offerings and hire 300 employees in its Austin and New York offices by the end of the year.
Founded in 2010 by co-CEOs Matt Stuart and Andrew Allison, Main Street Hub provides local businesses with a marketing platform that integrates social media, customer reviews, mobile and email marketing to get more customers and keep them coming back.
The company, which has offices in New York, NY, was previously backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Harrison Metal Capital.
