Visier, a Vancouver, BC, and San Jose, CA-based provider of a people strategy platform, closed a $45m Series D financing.
The round, which briught total funding to $94.5m, was led by Sorenson Capital with participation from existing investors Foundation Capital, Summit Partners, and Adams Street Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Rob Rueckert, Managing Director at Sorenson Capital, joined Visier’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the new capital to expand its customer base, which includes more than 100 blue chip enterprises.
