Jellyvision Raises $20M in Funding

Jellyvision, a Chicago, IL-based maker of an employee communications platform called Alex, raised $20m in funding.

Updata Partners, a technology growth equity firm, made the investment.

Led by Amanda Lannert, CEO, Jellyvision provides Alex, a SaaS based HR employee communication platform that uses behavioral science, non-jargony language and humor to engage employees and offer personalized, confidential guidance on topics like choosing a healthcare insurance plan, saving for retirement, managing finances or navigating a leave of absence.
Jellyvision currently serves over 800 enterprises with more than 14 million employees in total and employs more than 350 people.
