Central Logic Closes Series C Growth Equity Financing

central_logicCentral Logic, a Salt Lake City, UT-based provider of transfer center and on-call scheduling technology solutions for healthcare systems, closed on a Series C growth equity financing.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The round was led by Iron Gate Capital of Boulder, Colo. and Mercato Partners of Salt Lake City, Utah. In conjunction with the funding, Ryan Pollock from Iron Gate Capital joined Central Logic’s board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and adoption for its suite of products.

Founded in 2005 by Jennifer Holmes, president and CEO, Central Logic provides cloud-based transfer center and on-call scheduling technology, which works with nearly 500 hospitals and has thousands of healthcare customers or relationships – including physicians, administrators and healthcare staff – to design and implement patient flow software solutions that increase admissions and capacity. The solutions also track post-acute care, enhancing patient satisfaction and lowering readmission.

In addition to its Transfer Center and On Call Scheduling software, the company recently released two new software modules in business intelligence and post-discharge patient communication.
