Performance Horizon, a San Francisco, CA-based digital partner marketing platform, closed a $15.4m Series C round of funding.
Backers included bew investor Greycroft Partners’s Greycroft Growth fund and existing investors Mithril and DN Capital as well as individual shareholders.
The company, which had previously raised $10m in a Series B round in September 2014, intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations globally.
Led by Malcolm Cowley, CEO, Performance Horizon provides a SaaS based digital marketing partner solution that features tracking, reporting, global payment capabilities and partner management tools to increase opportunities and control digital marketing efforts.
With offices in the U.S., U.K., Japan and Australia, the company currently drives over $3 billion in advertiser top line revenues across 160,000 marketing partners in over 183 countries making payments in over 50 currencies.
Performance Horizon serves customers in the travel, financial services, and retail verticals.
