Performance Horizon Group (PHG), a provider of partner marketing solutions for enterprises, raised $10m in Series B funding.
The round was led by new investor Mithril Capital Management, with participation from existing investors DN Capital and Greycroft Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Ajay Royan, Mithril’s managing general partner, joined PHG’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its U.S. operations and global teams.
