Weaveworks, a London, UK and San Francisco, CA-based provider of a networking and monitoring platform for containers and microservices, raised $15m in Series B funding.
The round was led by new investor GV (formerly Google Ventures), with participation from Accel Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Led by Alexis Richardson, co-founder and CEO, Weaveworks provides software teams moving to containers and microservices with an open source platform to connect and manage all the moving parts, reliable networking across development, test and production environments and any mix of data centers and public clouds as well as tools to visualize and interact with deployments in development and production.
