According to a regulatory filing with the SEC, Alliance Consumer Growth Fund III, L.P. received aupport from 62 backers. The document lists Managing Partners Joshua Goldin, Julian Steinberg and Trevor Nelson as people related to the offering.

Alliance Consumer Growth focuses exclusively on high-growth consumer companies with differentiated, defensible products and brands and revenues of $5 million to $50+ million and sustainable gross margins.
The firm invests typically $5 to $25 million per deal and also provides backed companies with access to a network of consumer industry advisors with expertise in brand building, sales, marketing, operations, personnel recruitment, finance and strategy.
