Nudestix Receives Minority Investment from Alliance Consumer Growth

logo_NudeStixNudestix, a Toronto, Canada-based minimalist makeup brand, received a minority growth capital investment from private equity fund Alliance Consumer Growth (ACG).

The compsny will use the funds to further accelerate international distribution of its products, expand new product innovation, and continue to generate consumer awareness and trial.

Founded in 2014 by seasoned beauty industry entrepreneur Jenny Frankel along with her daughters Taylor and Ally, Nudestix is a collection of makeup pencils for the eyes, face and lips. All pencils are sold in an eco-friendly portable tin.
Since launch in 2014, the brand has grown into international markets including: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Southeast Asia, Australia and worldwide through e-retailers.
It is sold in 150 locations through multi channels of distribution such as Sephora, Blue Mercury, Urban Outfitters, Space NK, QVC, DFS,, Aerie and others.
