YouInvest, a Milan, Italy-based startup that operates a school for investors, raised €270k in angel funding.
Backers included 22 unnamed angels. In addition, existing operating shareholders Marco Liera (who owns a 70% stake in the company), Laura Lago (10%), Flavio Balzaretti (8%), Maurizio Santi (4%), Alberto Vai (4%) and Nicola Zanella (4%), approved a €120k capital increase.
Founded in 2011 by Liera, YouInvest provides personal finance learning and wealth management services. It offers catolog and ondemand courses (online and offline) for private bankers, financial advisors and other professionals in several fields including markets and economic dynamics, portfolio building, pension funds and behavioural finance, as well as research and analysis services.
The company also has offices in Lugano, Switzerland.
