Procurify Raises $1.2M in Seed Funding

According to a press release (read here), Procurify, a Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based provider of cloud procurement software, raised $1.2m in seed funding.

Backers included Nexus Venture Partners, Mark Cuban and the Business Development Bank of Canada.

The company intends to use the funds to up to continue to develop new features, grow the team (http://www.procurify.com/career) and increase their global customer base.

Co-founded by Aman Mann, CEO, and Eugene Dong, CTO, Procurify provides a cloud-based procurement software solution for companies to manage both direct and indirect company spending, while providing control and visibility of where money is going in real-time, using reports and analytics.
The company, which currently has a team of 22 people, has clients in more than 40 countries worldwide including Hootsuite, and Katz Media, and Young Living Europe, among others).
