Ullink, a French provider of electronic trading applications and connectivity to the financial community, received a majority investment from private equity firm HgCapital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 by CEO Laurent Useldinger, who will continue the company following the transaction, Ullink is a global provider of multi-asset trading technology and infrastructure for buy-side and sell-side market participants.
Clients include over 150 top-tier banks serviced from offices in New York, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, São Paulo, Cluj and Sydney.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate organic growth.
