DueDil Closes $17M Series B Financing

duedilDueDil, a London, UK-based business discovery platform, closed a $17m Series B financing.

The round was led by Oak Investment Partners with participation from Notion Capital and Passion Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Oak Investment Partners will be represented on DueDil’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to increase user acquisition and engagement and bring web coverage to new geographies.

Founded in April 2011 by Damian Kimmelman, DueDil is a source of free private company information in the UK and Ireland. Customers can already access information on companies and directors in 22 different countries via the DueDil API.
The company had raised its $5m Series A financing in April 2013 (read here).
