Yahoo! (nasdaq: YHOO) acquired Distill, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of hiring and recruiting solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Distill was backed by Felicis Ventures and DN Capital.
The company’s team stopped developing Distill Schedule and Distill Interview to focus on helping Yahoo! build mobile advertising solutions.
