RealMatch, a New York and Tel-Aviv based provider of online recruitment advertising, raised $7m in equity funding.
The round was led by Edison Ventures ($6M), with participation from existing investor Carmel Ventures. In conjunction withe the funding, David Nevas, Edison Principal, joined RealMatch’s board along with Diane Smith, Edison’s Director Network.
The company intends to use the capital to accelerate sales and marketing, expand the product offering, and enter new markets.
Led by Gal Almog, CEO, RealMatch has developed a recruitment ad network comprised of more than 1,000 job sites that allows online publishers to monetize their communities.
The company uses proprietary ad optimization, targeting, and job matching technologies to increase ad performance and qualified applicant response rates compared to traditional destination job sites.
