Affinity Solutions, Inc., a NYC-based provider of transaction-enabled marketing programs and card-linked offers in the U.S., completed a $21m funding.
The round was led by Chestnut Hill Ventures.
The company intends to use the capital to grow organically through product innovation and strategic acquisitions.
Led by Jonathan Silver, president and chief executive officer, Affinity Solutions provides card-linked offers and transaction-enabled marketing solutions designed to help brick-and-mortar and online retailers acquire new customers and increase the value of existing customers, across a variety of marketing environments.
The company has partnerships with nearly 4,000 national and regional banks, as well as over 25,000 brick-and-mortar retail partners.
