Beyond seed capital, the San Mateo, California-based startup accelerator will provides Gliph with housing, office space, and mentorship.
The company also stands to benefit from the recently announced Boost Bitcoin Fund with additional $50k.
Led by Rob Banagale, co-founder and CEO, Gliph just announced the release of a peer-to-peer (P2P) solution to send and receive Bitcoin digital currency. It allows users to connect their account to a Coinbase Bitcoin wallet and then send Bitcoin to other users via a text messaging interface.
The service is available for free on the Apple App Store, Google Play; and as a web application.
