ChargeBee, a Chennai, India-based Subscription Billing Solution for Online Businesses (SaaS and Retail), has secured $350K in funding.
Backers include an undisclosed group of private angel investors.
The company intends to use the capital to unveil new features, invest in operations and to expand across verticals which includes SaaS, Digital Media and Retail Subscription Commerce.
Founded in June 2011 (see them here) Krish Subramanian, CEO, and other three former Zoho employees, ChargeBee offers subscription and recurring billing solutions to businesses across different industries. With plug-and-play capabilities, the service provides businesses with the opportunity to automate recurring credit card billing, invoicing, track growth metrics and improve communication with their customers. ChargeBee is readily integrated with 30+ payment gateways worldwide such as Authorize.Net, Payment Express, Braintree, Stripe, PayPal, eWay, 2Checkout and others.
