Venuemob, a Melbourne, Australia-based provider of information and booking access to a hand-picked selection of bars, restaurants, reception centres and function rooms, raised A$450k in funding.
The round was led by SingTel Innov8, which made the investment as part of the Optus-Innov8 Seed Program.
The company intends to use the capital to expand beyond Melbourne in Sydney and other major cities across Australia.
Co-founded by David Wei, Ying Wang, and James Giang, Venuemob provides an event planning guide, which allows users to find, compare and book venues and owners to market their businesses and generate additional bookings.
