LogRhythm Closes $15M Series D Funding

LogRhythm, a Boulder, Colorado-based provider of cyber threat defense, detection and response solutions, has closed a $15m Series D funding.

The rounds was led by Siemens’ Venture Capital group, which is a part of Siemens Financial Services, with participation from existing investors Adams Street Partners and Grotech Ventures.

The company intends to use the funding to further accelerate growth, product innovation and international expansion.

Led by Andy Grolnick, president and CEO, LogRhythm provides Global 2000 organizations, government agencies and mid-sized businesses worldwide. with a security intelligence platform designed to deliver the visibility, insight and remediation required to detect and address mutating cyber threats.
Its solution analyzes and manages network, host, file and user activity data in a highly scalable, integrated solution.
The company has operations in Canada, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.
