Komli Media Raises $39M in Funding

Komli Media, a Mumbai, India-based media technology platform, has raised $39m in funding.

The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, Helion Venture Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson, and Western Technology Investment.

The company, which has now raised a total of $62m, intends to use the capital to invest in its core media technology platforms and to expand its presence across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Led by CEO Prashant Mehta, Komli Media provides advertisers, agencies and publishers with digital advertising technologies, such as a Real-Time Bidding (RTB) performance advertising platform (ATOM) that integrates audience data to improve ROI.
Among the major global and US-based advertisers who have utilized Komli’s solutions to reach audiences within its key markets are Unilever, P&G, Citibank, Intel and Samsung.
The company has over 400 employees across 18 offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Hong Kong, North America and United Kingdom.
