Solera Networks, a South Jordan, Utah-based Network Security Analytics provider, has raised $20m in Series D financing.
The round was led by Intel Capital, with participation from existing investors Allegis Capital, Signal Peak Ventures and Trident Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to further expand global sales, marketing and product development initiatives.
Led by President and CEO Steve Shillingford, Solera Networks leverages its DeepSee® platform, which captures, indexes and classifies all network traffic in real-time, to allow global 2000 enterprises, cloud service providers and government agencies to gain complete visibility and situational awareness, respond quickly and proactively to advanced threats, protect critical information assets, minimize exposure and loss, and reduce business liabilities.
