Saygent Raises $1M

Saygent, a Mountain View, CA-based start up that is developing a crowdsourcing-powered automated voice response & analysis platform, recently raised $1m in seed funding.

Investors include 500 Startups, Ty Danco, Juvo Capital, Innovation Endeavors, Kima Ventures, Kapor Capital, PG Ventures, Orefa Investment, and Matthew Grodin.

The company also intends to use the funds to increase its developers team.

Founded by Guy Hirsch, Saygent patent-pending platform is designed to help organizations interview their target audience over the phone and automatically analyze open-ended responses to get meaning and sentiment from what they say- Applications include customer satisfaction, voice of the employee, market research, or political surveys.
