Milyoni, a San Francisco Bay Area-based company that operates a platform allowing companies to connect and engage with fans, enhance their brands, sell products, and monetize fan pages and branded storefronts on Facebook, has secured $3m in Series A financing.
Investors include returning backers ATA Ventures and Thomvest Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to advance its platform and expand its marketing and business efforts in entertainment, sports, consumer electronics and specialty retail industries.
Led by founder and CEO John Corpus, Milyoni leverages its conversational commerce platform to give companies the opportunity to connect and engage with fans on Facebook. Its f-commerce solution is already used by over 50 brands including Warner Brothers, The NBA, The Miami HEAT, Oklahoma University.
