11i Solutions, Inc., a Huntsville, AL.-based wireless infrastructure architect and solutions developer, has closed a $1.8m convertible bridge financing.
The round was led by New York-based Steel Pier Capital Advisors, LLC, which has provided initial growth capital and led the bridge financing round.
The company intends to use the capital for both organic growth as a provider of wireless technology solutions to governments and enterprises and for acquisition of complementary companies and technologies.
Founded in 2007 and led by CEO and Chairman Domingo M. Silvas III, 11i Solutions delivers enterprise-wide security, compliance, data and communications services. The range of solutions offered include asset tracking via radio frequency identification (RFID), fixed mobile convergence, data centers and Secure Cellphone Communication™ (SCC).
