Pacific Catch, a full-service, casual fish-focused restaurant chain, completed a $4m private equity round.
The investment was led by Pacific Community Ventures, a private equity firm focused on small, high-growth California businesses.
Pacific Catch, which offers a mix of Pan Pacific cuisine including casual Hawaiian, Japanese, and Latin American dishes, intends to use the capital to continue its expansion add more locations to its current three restaurants (two in San Francisco and one in Corte Madera).
Started in 2004 by two experienced restaurateurs, the company recently signed a lease for a new store opening in early 2011 in Campbell, California.
